JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPERATION:
- Mix beverages using a variety of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits.
- Take beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serve drinks with attention to detail.
- Satisfy guest requests promptly.
- Assess customer preferences and recommend drinks accordingly.
- Provide a friendly guest experience through interaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Keep the bar stocked with beverages, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and accessories.
- Clean the bar and work area regularly to maintain sanitation.
- Organize the bar to streamline drink preparation and manage inventory.
- Order beverages and supplies as needed.
- Prepare fruit garnishes for drinks.
- Follow company rules, procedures, and carry out reasonable requests from management.
- Observe health and safety procedures, report hazards or accidents.
- Attend training and team meetings, contributing actively.
ADMINISTRATION:
- Follow SOPs, manuals, and recipes consistently.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
- Maintain proper food temperatures and handling.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational.
- Maintain grooming and hygiene standards.
- Ensure all staff hold necessary food handling certifications.
COMMUNICATION:
- Ensure effective communication within FOH/BOH.
- Attend daily briefings.
- Use communication tools effectively.

- Assist team members with understanding needs, providing guidance and feedback.
FINANCE:
- Follow standard recipes for consistency.
GUEST RELATION:

JOB ROLE SPECIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Experience in similar operations.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Problem-solving skills in standard situations.
- Knowledge of POS software.
- Health & Safety Certification Level 1.
