Job Description
- Implement the daily operating plan and coordinate with the sales department to receive sales orders, ensuring compliance with specified quantities and dates.
- Supervise the organization of vehicle movement on-site by managing truck entry and exit, directing them to ensure smooth operations and minimize waiting times.
- Oversee the operation of heavy and Maranda equipment such as shrievalty and molds in coordination with the control rack, scale, and quality team for accurate and safe operations.
- Manage operation and bagging data by reviewing patch information, production, and bagging dates, ensuring system compatibility.
- Supervise the availability of operating requirements (bags, bagging threads) in coordination with relevant authorities to prevent operational interruptions.
- Efficiently allocate workforce on bagging lines and monitor their performance to meet capacity and quality targets.
- Review daily bagging plans and ensure their implementation in coordination with production and maintenance, following approved technical procedures.
- Supervise daily breakdown follow-up and coordinate preventive maintenance with the maintenance team, adhering to SOPs.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispensing of barley, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications in coordination with the Quality Department.
- Supervise proper storage of barley in silos or warehouses, optimizing site capacity.
- Ensure cleanliness and quality of storage, prevent pollution, and implement quality instructions for stirring, ventilation, and pest control.
- Manage the station team by organizing daily tasks, monitoring performance, motivating staff, and fostering team spirit.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and implement preventive measures.
- Prepare and submit periodic operational reports on performance, challenges, malfunctions, and proposals to the line manager.
- Participate in periodic inventory checks to ensure actual quantities match system data.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor / Diploma related to operations, stations, agriculture
- Practical experience of at least 3 years in operation and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and operational reporting.
- Good time management abilities.
