Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Barista to prepare and serve beverages, engage with customers, and maintain the cleanliness of the café area. Flexible scheduling is a must, as weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks, teas, and smoothies, following standardized recipes.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and seasonal beverage offerings.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and upselling as appropriate.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the barista station, service areas, and seating zones.
  • Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies; inform supervisor of restocking needs.
  • Comply with hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Handle cash, credit card, or room charge transactions accurately.
  • Assist in training new team members on barista duties and service standards.
  • Support other F&B service areas as needed during peak hours or special events.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; barista training or certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a barista or café service role.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment operation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
