What You'll Do

1. Maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards.
2. Follow all company drink recipes and procedures.
3. Develop an understanding of beverage regions and the differences in flavor.
4. Greet all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develop rapport by learning their names, favorite drinks, and food items.
5. Produce consistent quality even during busy times and under pressure.
6. Report all customer complaints to the manager on duty.
7. Answer customer questions regarding beverage blends, preparation, and product freshness.
8. Weigh, grind, and pack beverages according to customer orders and company guidelines.
9. Have extensive knowledge of all beverage items, including company drinks, raw products, pairing, and techniques for high-quality hot beverages.
10. Order and control bar stock, ensuring minimal waste.
11. Ensure high standards of hygiene in the work environment.

What Are We Looking For?

1. Minimum high school education.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
3. Good talent, appearance, presentation, and product knowledge.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to adapt to new work environments quickly.
6. Knowledge of all products handled, including raw ingredients, and ability to produce consistent taste and quality.
