Barista

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista (Male) with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional coffee and customer service experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and espresso-based drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and engaging with guests.
• Educate customers on the coffee menu, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
• Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Support daily operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Barista in a busy café or coffee shop environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• A passion for coffee and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus but not required).
