Role: Barista

Location: Fraser Suites, Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Barista to join the team at Fraser Suites, Riyadh. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional drinking experience for our guests.

What you will be doing as a Barista:

• Reflect the Frasers Hospitality philosophy by providing the highest quality of service to customers and employees, maintaining a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Greet customers as they enter.
• Provide drink menus and answer questions about ingredients.
• Take orders, paying attention to details like coffee blend preferences and dairy/sugar ratios.
• Prepare beverages following recipes.
• Serve beverages and prepared food, such as cookies, pastries, and muffins.
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards).
• Keep the bar area clean and maintain stock of clean mugs and plates.
• Check brewing equipment for proper operation and report maintenance needs.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and ensure hygiene and sanitation.
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
• Ensure good team spirit and working atmosphere by setting a good example, giving clear instructions, and following up on results.

You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills. You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for food and customer experience. You will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion – to create memories that our guests will remember. You have a hands-on attitude with attention to detail and experience in working in professional kitchens.
