Job description

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the bar team to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure exceptional guest service by training and coaching staff on service standards and product knowledge.

Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage cost controls to maximize profitability.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with company policies and health regulations.

Assist with creating and updating beverage menus, including specialty cocktails and promotions.

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new bar staff.

Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.

Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.

Familiarity with bar equipment and its proper usage.

Understanding of inventory management and cost control principles.

Awareness of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Knowledge of customer service standards in luxury hospitality environments.

Understanding of the Four Seasons brand values and service culture
