Job description

As a Bar & Beverage Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.

The duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Manage all aspects of beverage outlets daily and coordinate special events.
  2. Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability.
  3. Assist in preparing the annual operating budget aligned with the outlet's objectives.
  4. Maintain procedures for inventory security, proper storage, and financial transactions.
  5. Establish purchasing practices supporting nutrition and sustainability standards.
  6. Implement a cost-focused philosophy through training and education.
  7. Operate outlets in compliance with legal, safety, and financial requirements, ensuring excellent guest service.
  8. Know the preparation, ingredients, and presentation of all drinks on the menu.
  9. Be familiar with all outlet menus and day-to-day activities related to Food & Beverage.

Qualifications

Required qualifications, skills, and experience include:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree preferred.
  2. Experience in cocktail-making and beverage service.
  3. Valid health/food handler card as per local regulations.
  4. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
