Qualifications

• Expérience de 2 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire.
• Connaissances des chaînes hôtelières de luxe internationales.
• Préférence pour une expérience dans la région du GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration
• Two to Three years’ prior tenure in a similar role
• International luxury hotel chain background
• GCC exposure
• English Fluency is required
• Arabic Fluency is preferred

Bar Attendant Responsibilities

Morning Routine

• Opening Procedures: Set up the bar, ensuring all equipment is clean and ready.
• Inventory Check: Review stock levels and report shortages.

Service

• Beverage Preparation: Assist in preparing cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks.
• Serving Guests: Provide prompt and courteous service.

Customer Interaction

• Guest Engagement: Greet guests, take orders, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Feedback Collection: Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement.

Maintenance

• Equipment Care: Clean and maintain bar equipment.
• Workstation Cleanliness: Keep the bar area organized and clean.

Collaboration

• Team Coordination: Work with bartenders and staff for smooth workflow.
• Event Support: Assist during special events and functions.

Administrative Tasks

• Inventory Management: Track stock levels and assist with orders.
• Documentation: Maintain records of recipes and schedules.

Evening Wrap-Up

• Closing Procedures: Clean and sanitize the bar area.
• Review and Plan: Reflect on the day and prepare for the next.

Working as a Bar Attendant requires technical skill, excellent customer service, and attention to detail in a dynamic, luxury environment.
