Role: Banquet Supervisor

Location:Fraser Suites, Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Banquet Supervisor to join the team at Fraser Suites, Riyadh. As Banquet Supervisor, you will organise, supervise and train all service personnel in the restaurant with a view to providing efficient and personalized food and beverage service that exceed the guest's expectations.

What you will be doing as a Banquet Supervisor:

• Reflect the Frasers Hospitality philosophy by providing the highest quality of service to customers and employees, maintaining a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Meet and greet clients.
• Oversee catered functions, both in-house and off-site.
• Ensure the function space is visually appealing and present the menu offering for events.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met.
• Offer unique and creative ideas to enhance meetings and group experiences.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
• Supervise events and team members throughout service.
• Guide banquet servers in the setup of tables and place settings.
• Resolve staff and customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and housekeeping departments.
• Schedule banquet staff, prepare weekly duty charts, and manage labour monthly.
• Assist the Banquet Manager with scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Maintain overall sanitation and cleanliness of work areas, banquet rooms, and storage areas.
• Ensure proper usage and good working order of all equipment, furniture, and fixtures in the Banquet and Catering Section.
• Implement service standards and operating procedures consistently in the banquet and catering service.
  
• Ensure good team spirit and working atmosphere by setting a good example, giving clear instructions, and following up on results.
