Job description
Elicit and Analyze Business Requirements:
Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders, including customers, internal departments, and executives.
Analyze business processes, identify pain points, and define opportunities for improvement through the implementation of Conversational AI solutions.
Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable user stories and use cases.
Design and Document Conversational Flows:
Design and document complex conversational flows for chatbots and IVR systems, considering user journeys, decision trees, and potential user inputs.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all business requirements, design specifications, and test cases.
Collaborate with Development Teams:
Work closely with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the final solution meets business requirements and user expectations.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Conversational AI solutions (chatbots, IVR, voice assistants).
Strong understanding of conversational design principles, user experience (UX) best practices, and user interface (UI) design.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in conversational AI.
Knowledge of industry-standard chatbot platforms and development tools.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Certification in Business Analysis or related fields.
