Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly and professional service at all times.
• Process various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Understand and adhere to all banking policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with account inquiries including balance inquiries and statement requests.
• Identify sales opportunities and refer customers to appropriate banking products and services.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Adhere to security procedures to protect customer information and prevent fraud.
• Continuously update knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in banking or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus.
• Basic math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Salary and Benefits
