Job Description

As a Baker at Copenhagen Coffee Lab, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of baked goods and ensuring that the products meet our high standards in taste, appearance, and quality. Your attention to detail and dedication to delivering consistently excellent products will greatly contribute to our bakery's success.

Responsibilities

1. Produce baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other specialties, involving long fermentation and real sourdough.
2. Follow recipes and guidelines precisely to maintain quality and consistency.
3. Operate baking machinery safely and efficiently.
4. Monitor baking processes to achieve optimal texture, flavor, and appearance.
5. Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely order fulfillment.
