- Ensure correct use, safe operations, and cleanliness
- Perform basic maintenance and preparation for use
- Knowledge and competency in the use of cleaning materials and chemicals as approved under COSHH regulations, ensuring proper storage
- Follow Company/Client Safety Management Policy, SSOW, and COSHH
- Train others in correct and safe methods of machinery and equipment use and maintenance
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO, Date Marking)
- Assist Head Chef/Camp Boss with deliveries, stock taking, and monitoring stock consumption
- Use all consumables correctly and effectively
Decision Making:
- Identify personal training needs
- Report faults to supervisors
- Ensure catering services meet standards, encourage feedback, suggest improvements, and participate in remedial actions
Communication and Contact:
- Report faults and customer complaints promptly and take corrective actions
- Promote the company image
