Baker (Indian Cuisine)



We are in need of a skilled Baker with experience in Indian cuisine to join our team at a busy bakery in Jizan. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of Indian breads, pastries, and other dishes according to traditional recipes and quality standards. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely production and delivery of fresh, delicious treats to our customers. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with tandoor ovens and can demonstrate knowledge of Indian spices and flavors.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and glazes according to traditional recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as tandoor ovens and mixers
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper temperature and cooking time
- Decorate pastries and breads with intricate designs using icing, toppings, or other ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness before use
- Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker specializing in Indian cuisine
- Familiarity with traditional Indian recipes, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to operate baking equipment such as tandoor ovens
- Attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality baked goods

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
