Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining reliable backend services and APIs. As a Lead Developer, you’ll also play a critical role in shaping architecture decisions and mentoring teams across global delivery models.

Responsibilities:

As a Backend Developer:

• Design and implement backend functionalities and scalable cloud services
• Write and maintain unit tests, ensuring high code quality and compliance
• Build secure and efficient APIs
• Document architecture and implementation in Confluence

As a Lead Developer:

• Architect and document core reusable components early in the project
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and Architects to guide technical decisions
• Mentor and support offshore delivery teams
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain high quality and performance standards
• Take ownership of complex or critical implementations
• Proactively report progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders

Your Profile

• 9+ years of experience in backend development using C# and Python
• Successful track record in Rightshore or distributed development environments
• Deep understanding of backend architectures, performance tuning, and cloud platforms
• Excellent communication skills and comfort in customer-facing roles
• Experience working with IoT platforms is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and ability to mentor and guide teams
• Strong analytical mindset with a creative and solution-oriented approach
