Job description

Necessary Skills

Candidates with a background in the software development industry will be given priority.

  • Strong data analysis skills, problem-solving abilities, report writing skills, and proficiency in language expression.
  • Excellent communication, coordination skills, and resilience.
  • Programming Languages: Java, C++, C#.
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL.
  • Development Frameworks: SpringMVC, Spring Boot, MyBatis.
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
  • Understanding of serial communication methods and experience with bug tracking tools.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze product function failures and accuracy issues.
  2. Handle code repair activities in collaboration with the R&D team.
  3. Report non-conformities between customer requirements and delivered solutions.
  4. Gather and analyze customer requirements.
  5. Document software release changes.
  6. Conduct testing on software code and track issues using bug trackers.
  7. Provide technical support and help desk services to customers, including training on software solutions.

HSE Compliance (20%):

  1. Adhere to HSE practices and procedures within your control area.
  2. Stop work if HSE concerns arise.
  3. Immediately inform your supervisor/manager of any HSE incidents or concerns.
  4. Report near misses or accidents directly to your supervisor.
