Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a strong portfolio of B2B clients seeking staffing, HR outsourcing, and workforce development services.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers (HR leaders, business owners, and executives) across various industries.
  • Conduct meetings and consultations to understand client needs and provide customized staffing and development solutions.
  • Drive sales efforts through networking, cold outreach, digital engagement (LinkedIn, email marketing), and industry events.
  • Build long-term client relationships to support recurring business and retention.
  • Collaborate with Key Jordan leadership to refine market strategy and improve service offerings.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline development, client feedback, and market trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience in HR services, staffing, or workforce solutions (experience in the Saudi market is a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation and closing deals.
