B2B General Manager Center of Excellence (COE) – FMCG

Location: Jeddah, KSA

Job Purpose

The Head of B2B Center of Excellence (COE) will lead the development and deployment of B2B strategy and standards across multiple categories and regions. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing customer satisfaction by building strong relationships with key B2B clients and partners. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, commercial acumen, and a proven track record in strategic B2B leadership within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B strategy across all categories and international markets.
  • Align stakeholders across regions to ensure consistent application of strategy and customer experience.
  • Identify high-potential customers and markets; drive engagement and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Leverage market intelligence and data-driven insights to inform commercial strategies and decisions.
  • Define and implement expansion plans for new categories and exit strategies for underperforming segments.
  • Establish guidelines for customer value proposition customization within strategic boundaries.
  • Review and guide the launch of new products and categories from a sales and commercial standpoint.
  • Monitor industry trends and share best practices across B2B sales teams.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve B2B sales processes to drive efficiency and growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to assess new market opportunities and develop actionable execution plans.
  • Support commercial and financial planning for new business ventures and initiatives.
  • Assess organizational capabilities and recommend structural enhancements to support growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in FMCG sales, including at least 5 years in an executive-level B2B sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial strategy, market expansion, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration under pressure.
  • Extensive business network and knowledge of global and regional B2B markets.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
