1. System monitoring and maintenance including configuration & security management, patching, automation, hardening and system upgrade.
2. Designation should be IT Manager, IT Head, IT Lead, IT Supervisor, Assistant Manager IT, Manager IT.
3. Experience in Team Handling.
4. Ensuring overall system and server uptime, availability, reliability, and security.
5. Keeping updated, accurate and reliable backups of applications and databases.
6. Experience in Firewall, documenting policies and procedures.
7. Troubleshooting server-side issues as they arise.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
