Role Overview

1. JOB DETAILS

  • Position Title: AVP Marketing
  • Reports to: EVP CBO
  • Business Line/ Department: Sales & Marketing

2. JOB DIMENSIONS

  • Number of Staff Supervised (Direct Reports): Marketing Manager, Product Development Manager and CRM Team

3. JOB PURPOSE

To develop and implement marketing strategies that drive the company's market presence, align with SAMA regulations, and support organizational growth. The role focuses on brand positioning, customer acquisition, product innovation, and enhancing customer engagement through effective CRM initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Brand Management: Oversee branding initiatives to enhance customer recognition and trust in line with SAMA guidelines. Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels.
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with the Product Development Manager to introduce market-driven financial products. Ensure products meet customer needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • CRM Strategy: Supervise CRM initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention. Monitor customer insights and drive data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Financial Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking ROI on campaigns.

Internal:

  • All Raya departments.

External:

  • Advertising/marketing Agencies
  • Media Outlets.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: 10+ years in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Other Requirements: Proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns. In-depth knowledge of SAMA regulations and compliance standards. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
