A leading aviation services provider is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its business in Saudi Arabia. The role involves driving growth through new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships across the aviation sector. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in B2B solution sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools. This position requires travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in direct B2B solution/consultative selling experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong working relationships within the KSA aviation industry.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated effective problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various CRM and software programs.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve new business, renewal, and account extension revenue targets.
  • Identify and target key business prospects.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Lead and participate in governmental and non-governmental tender processes.
  • Negotiate complex regional deals.
