Main Responsibilities:
- Establish, document, develop and manage the Quality System and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and business needs.
- Identify business process risks within the area being audited.
- Develop testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls.
- Document and control the quality records.
- Support the development and improvement of the QMS.
- Develop recommendations and reports based on audits.
- Plan and allocate resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules.
- Develop professional development procedures for direct reports.
- Organize and distribute resources and manpower in harmony with abilities and schedules.
- Produce reports that outline problems and provide prospective workarounds.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for audits.
- Ensure health and safety of themselves, company assets, and others.
- Cooperate with the QHSE department and attend required training.
- Follow health and safety requirements of the workplace.
- Report any hazards in the workplace.
- Carry out duties in a resource-efficient way and actively support THC's Environmental Policy.
- Actively seek to reduce waste in the workplace or use environmentally friendly products.
- Promote and support environmental practices.
- Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance, coaching, or training to direct subordinates.
- Optimize the use of personal and team time/effort in carrying out assigned duties to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of trends in the market and provide advice to management on potential initiatives.
- Support the execution of the overall strategic vision.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance, coaching, or training to direct subordinates.
- Optimize the use of personal and team time/effort in carrying out assigned duties to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of trends in the market and provide advice to management on potential initiatives.
- Support the execution of the overall strategic vision.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.
Experience & Skills:
- 7 years of experience in Auditing.
- Background knowledge in GACARs, Labor Law, and any relevant regulations.
- Working experience within the aviation field is advantageous.
- Ability to identify hazards, risks, perform risk assessment, and build safety cases.
- Adequate knowledge of safety standards and safety investigations.
- Possess good work habits, team-oriented, strong work ethics, and adhere to company work hours, policies, and standards of business etiquette.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, business management, aerospace engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Certified Internal Auditor or any relevant certification is a plus.
- Certified Lead Auditor or any relevant certification is a plus.
