Job description

We are looking for a skilled AV Technical Support – Home & Electronic Appliances Maintenance to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The primary role is to provide technical support to field technicians, assisting them in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to AV systems, electronic devices, and home appliances.

This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide technicians effectively to ensure high-quality maintenance and repair work.

  • Provide real-time technical support to field technicians during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Analyze technical issues reported by technicians and provide accurate guidance and solutions remotely.
  • Review service reports, diagnose complex problems, and support technicians in applying the correct repair procedures.
  • Support field teams in identifying spare parts, interpreting wiring diagrams, and following technical documentation.
  • Escalate critical or unresolved cases to senior engineers or manufacturers when necessary.
  • Document all technical cases, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in the system for future reference.
  • Ensure technicians follow standard procedures and quality guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Department to share feedback, common issues, and improvement suggestions.
  • Conduct occasional technical training or refreshers for field technicians when needed.
  • Contribute to improving the overall service quality by ensuring technicians receive timely and accurate support.
