Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Automotive Technical Supervisor to lead and oversee our workshop operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality diagnostic and repair work, maintaining productivity, and enforcing safety and operational standards. This role is critical in maintaining the reputation of our service department and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily workshop activities and lead the technical team effectively.
• Ensure all diagnostic procedures and repairs adhere to manufacturer and company standards.
• Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshooting support to technicians.
• Monitor job assignments, workflow, and turnaround time to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high repair standards are maintained.
• Maintain strict adherence to all safety and environmental regulations and policies.
• Collect and analyze workshop data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with parts and service advisors to ensure smooth operations and minimal delays.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar supervisory or senior technician role.
• Strong technical and diagnostic knowledge across various automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with workshop management systems and basic data analysis tools.
