Job summary

Genplusgroup in Saudi Arabia seeks an established Creative Director to lead bold campaigns across key KSA accounts. You will translate briefs into compelling ideas, direct copy, art, content and film, and present confidently to senior clients.

As a senior leader, you will mentor teams, stay culturally relevant to Saudi audiences, and collaborate closely with strategy, production and accounts to deliver high-impact work across digital, social, and integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of integrated campaigns across automotive or lifestyle brands.
• Significant agency experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative concepts and campaigns across key KSA accounts.
• Translate client briefs and strategic insights into compelling ideas.
• Provide creative direction across copy, art, content and film.
• Present and sell creative ideas to senior clients with confidence.
• Lead, mentor and inspire creative teams and freelance talent.
• Ensure work is culturally relevant and maintains high international standards.
