About this opportunity

We are seeking an Automated Operations Manager responsible for coordinating and executing automated operations activities according to the EOE model. The role involves transforming NOC operations towards agile, automated delivery, with expertise in multi-technology, multi-vendor environments, and a comprehensive understanding of NOC processes. Key responsibilities include managing tools for front office delivery, engaging with customer technical staff to shape processes and meet SLAs, and collaborating with sales, customer, tools, back-office, and field operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and achievement of targets.

What you will do

• Lead automated operations delivery across all NOC processes and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with tools teams to enhance automation in NOC operations.
• Drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements in the front office.
• Support field maintenance and back-office teams to meet contracted targets.
• Manage and develop a large team, fostering their growth.
• Oversee end-to-end contract delivery performance.
• Establish Operating Level Agreements (OLA) with other service units.
• Promote operational excellence and efficiency control.
• Manage customer expectations effectively.

What you will bring

• Educational background in Engineering.
