Job Description

- Develop and prepare detailed Architectural and Civil drawings using AutoCAD software.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and incorporate design changes.

- Create drawings for architectural layouts, interior design, Joinery works, partitioning, flooring and ceiling, exterior details, hard and softscaing, and other architectural and civil documentation.

- Review and verify the accuracy of designs and ensure they comply with applicable codes and standards.

- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and provide technical support as required.

- Revise drawings as needed and ensure proper documentation of any modifications.

- Communicate design concepts and progress with the responsible engineer, ensuring that deadlines are met.

- Work with engineers to track project timelines and deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Drafter with a focus on architectural and Civil plans.

- Strong knowledge of architectural and Civil and understanding of technical drawings.

- Ability to read, understand, and create drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.

- Knowledge of industry standards and local regulations for architectural and civil design.

- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
