Job Description

Position Objectives:

• Audit Manager will lead and manage the office-based audit team under the Fiber Operating Model (FOM) framework.
• Focuses on quality assurance and control of OSP (Outside Plant) fiber networks and associated civil infrastructure.
• Ensure accurate execution of fiber and OSP audits through structured planning, execution, and reporting.
• Responsibilities include using digital tools to validate as-built data and identify quality gaps across fiber deployments.
• Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational standards and audit objectives.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the Fiber Operating Model (FOM) audit framework for OSP fiber networks.
• Oversee daily operations of the office-based audit team, ensuring timely and accurate audits.
• Conduct QA/QC audits on fiber and associated civil works using digital tools and systems.
• Review and validate audit findings, ensuring alignment with defined quality standards.
• Supervise Audit Specialists, ensuring consistency and compliance across all activities.
• Interface with relevant teams to coordinate sample audits and share key findings.
• Escalate critical issues and non-conformities to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
• Monitor audit KPIs and prepare regular performance reports and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement in audit processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure audit records are accurately maintained in centralized repositories.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in telecom QA/QC, OSP audit, or inspection roles.
• In-depth knowledge of OSP fiber networks, construction standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for fiber audit, as-built validation, and mapping.
• Experience managing technical audit teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Familiarity with centralized fiber inventory and documentation systems.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic
