Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AV Technician/Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will:

1. Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through regular follow-ups and meetings.
2. Build vendor relationships to expand product offerings, improve pricing, and acquire new agency partnerships for reputable AV brands.
3. Address all pre-sales needs, including RFQ, solution generation, and client presentations, ensuring alignment on specifications and expectations.
4. Assist in preparing precise technical proposals and review documents to maintain quality and clarity.
5. Oversee AV project execution to maintain quality and adhere to timelines, managing resources and resolving issues promptly.
6. Lead technical teams, support recruitment, and ensure consistent performance and skill development.
7. Monitor project quality, conduct post-project reviews, ensure compliance with standards, and proactively manage risks.
8. Possess knowledge in infrastructure work such as cabling, wiring, termination, and basic configuration for AV, network, and IT equipment.
9. Be experienced in setup and installation of AV equipment like LCD projectors, speakers, TVs, and racks.
10. Perform on-site work including site surveys, installation, customer discussions, and coordination.
11. Operate and troubleshoot AV, network, and IT systems to resolve issues and ensure proper functioning.
12. Conduct maintenance and repairs on audiovisual equipment.
13. Report work progress to supervisors via email and approved communication channels.
14. Be open to relocating to Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and willing to work on remote sites.
15. Salary will be competitive and based on experience and qualifications.

Skills

1. Diploma or degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, AV Technology, IT, or related fields.
2. Proven experience in AV systems installation, sales, project management, and IT.
3. Familiarity with AV brands like Crestron, Extron, Epson, QSC, Shure, Biamp, Bose, etc.
4. Strong understanding of network integration, IT systems, and low-voltage infrastructure.
5. Ability to coordinate with IT and network engineers for seamless AV system integration.
6. Ability to work independently and lead teams under tight deadlines.
7. Experience in testing and activating installed systems as per requirements.
8. 2-3 years of experience in the AV industry and IT-related fields.
9. Good understanding of IT networking and AV system integration.
