Job description

The Attack/Recon Ground Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction and hands-on performance training to helicopter pilot students under the direction of the Aviation Institute. This role focuses on qualification training for pilots, ensuring adherence to academic standards and aviation regulations. The instructor will conduct comprehensive classroom and simulator-based training, evaluate student proficiency, and maintain accurate academic records to support the overall success of the training program.

Qualifications:
  1. Graduate of a US military aviation course or equivalent.
  2. Ten (10) years of experience in aviation mission operations (Attack, Observation, Utility, Multi-Mission).
  3. Five (5) years of experience as an Instructor.
  4. Knowledge of aviation training concepts and administration.
  5. Proven ability to develop Programs of Instruction, policies, and operational procedures.
  6. Effective communication skills with foreign military students in a professional and courteous manner.
Additional Requirements:
  • Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required for employment.
  • Criminal Record: Candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions to qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, as per the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test. The program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: Employment terms will adhere to Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to comply with these regulations throughout employment.
