Associate User Researcher

We are seeking an Associate User Researcher to support our design and product teams in understanding user needs and behaviors. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates who are curious about human behavior, usability, and design research. You will work on gathering insights that shape the development of user-friendly digital products.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to improve user experiences based on research findings.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and research reports to communicate findings.
• Stay updated on UX research methods, trends, and best practices.

Your expertise:

Experience

• At a minimum, internship or co-op training experience in User research with a maximum of 2 years of experience.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and survey tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate research findings into design recommendations.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Forms, Hotjar, UsabilityHub, or Lookback.io is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
