Job Description

At Six Flags Qiddiya, this role partners with Senior Leaders to support the business strategy through the people agenda. Responsibilities include supervising activities to attract and evaluate candidates for open positions through various sourcing methods such as recruiting websites, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and search firms. Ensures policies and procedures are followed and positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

  1. Drive recruiting and selection activities alongside the TA Manager.
  2. Assist in creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring.
  3. Co-design and promote consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices to support a strong candidate experience.
  4. Partner with company leaders to track ongoing hiring needs.
  5. Manage vacancies and budget for all open roles.
  6. Conduct interviews and support in refining the final shortlist of candidates for the hiring manager.
  7. Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles.
  8. Identify and collaborate with external providers as needed to meet hiring requirements.
  9. Define and drive the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks related to time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity hiring, and satisfaction of hiring managers and candidates.
  10. Create and extend job offers to potential hires.
  11. Build and develop strong partnerships with university career centers.
  12. Organize and participate in employment fairs and recruitment events to strengthen employer branding.
  13. Coordinate with Six Flags Corporate to ensure alignment with company goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:

BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field; MSc/MA in Human Resources is a plus.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.

Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment systems.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Advanced knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment cycle and candidate sourcing.
