Associate Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team at EjadahMustaqbali. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying top talent, assessing their skills, and matching them with the right job opportunities. You will also work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client requirements to post-placement follow-up.
• Source and attract top candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, and job fairs.
• Screen and assess candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating qualifications.
• Prepare detailed candidate reports and presentations for clients.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their hiring needs.
• Identify and seize business development opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
• Negotiate employment terms and contracts with both clients and candidates.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2-3 years of previous experience in recruitment.
• Prior experience in a recruitment agency is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
