Job description

The Associate Project Manager will support the Project Manager in leading and managing client engagements within Beyond. This includes assisting with scoping and planning projects, managing project teams, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager, the client, and team to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with scoping and planning projects, including defining project objectives and deliverables, creating project plans, and developing project schedules.
• Support the Project Manager in managing project teams, including assigning tasks and responsibilities, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as a secondary point of contact for the client, providing project updates and ensuring that the client is satisfied with the services provided.
• Maintain project-related documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project budgets.
• Assist with identifying and managing project risks and issues, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
• Work with the project team to ensure that project deliverables are of the highest quality and are aligned with the client's needs.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and the team to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to ensure they remain effective and efficient.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a management consultancy firm.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with senior executives and stakeholders.
