Associate Production Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ecolab, the leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional, and industrial markets, is seeking a Production Operator / Associate. This role involves operating, preparing (mixing), filling, packaging, and tote washing. Candidates should be capable of performing various tasks within the production department, excluding mixing and bulk receiving/shipping.

What You Will Do :

1. Review preparation (mixing), filling, and packaging instructions at the start of line runs. Ensure availability of raw and packaging materials, PPE, and safety procedures.
2. Set up the line according to instructions, making adjustments or seeking assistance as needed.
3. Operate equipment such as fillers, labelers, pumps, filters, mixers, forklifts, cappers, tape machines, bar coders, inkjet printers, hand tools, palletizers, and lid presses. Adjust equipment to meet specifications.
4. Perform operations including loading containers, labeling, mixing, filling, capping, barcode generation, sampling, and maintaining cleanliness.
5. Participate in Kaizens, 5S, and special projects, identifying waste elimination opportunities.
6. Accurately document quality and productivity activities, including weight checks and quality tests.
7. Follow safety, quality, and production SOPs and work instructions.
8. Complete packaging, mixing, and filling tasks to meet or exceed standards.
9. Assist with line changeovers, including water collection.
10. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Position Details :

Plant location : Dammam, KSA

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in a plant or warehouse setting
• Basic math skills including operations with fractions, percentages, and decimals
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role

Physical Demands :

• Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a drug screen and physical exam

Preferred Qualifications :

• Training in Hazardous Material Safety and DOT regulations
• Ability to track safety, quality, and productivity data
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience with TPM & Continuous Improvement Systems
• Attention to detail, communication skills, team orientation
• Ability to meet physical requirements
