Role Description

This is a full-time Associate Product Manager role at Idaratech Platform - منصة إدارتك, located in Jeddah. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of product features and enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, analyzing user feedback, and contributing to product strategies and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write detailed user stories and specs with clear acceptance criteria
• Assist with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and QA coordination
• Document new feature flows and collect feedback from internal teams
• Support research, analytics, and product operations tasks
• Create diagrams or simple flows using tools like Miro or FigJam

Qualifications

• Product Management, Product Development, and Product Strategy skills
• Experience in market research and analyzing user feedback
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• B2B SaaS or ERP-style systems
• Exposure to HR, Fintech, or CRM products
• Previous experience with Saudi-based customers is a strong plus
• Strong writing, structured thinking, and communication skills
