Job Description Summary
The Associate Occupational Health Advisor delivers comprehensive occupational health (OH) services and ensures sustainable work arrangements for employees (to ensure they fit for work, can perform their duties safely and productively, and that their work does not negatively impact their health or safety) in order to secure and maintain the highest levels of physical, mental, social health and well.-being for Saudi Aramco and Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) employees, dependents and contractors.

• Facilitate preemployment and periodic physical examinations eg industrial security officer
• Conduct preemployment periodic
• Perform patient vital signs urine analysis drug test ECG vision test Spirometer and other Occupational Health procedures as required
• Investigate and address Occupational Health incidents
• Implement and manage Occupational Health surveillance programs including hearing conservation and other Occupational Health initiatives
• Case Management involves overseeing workrelated injuries and illnesses from initial incident to return to work It also includes coordinating communication between stakeholders Additionally Case manager assist Occupational medicine specialists with Case Review and verification of referrals
• Maintain employee health records Report on occupational health activities in the Electronic Health Record EHR system EPIC
• Develop and Implement wellness programs and educate employees on Health topics
• Provide ergonomic assessments and deliver awareness sessions
• Ensure all medical equipment required for clinical assessments is regularly maintained and calibrated
Minimum Education Required
A bachelor's degree (BS) in nursing or health related sciences from an accredited university
Professional Certifications Required
Valid Saudi (SCFHS) Medical License
Years of Experience
Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
