Position Summary

You will lead the sales unit to achieve area sales objectives by category, volume, and value. Your role is to ensure execution excellence. Can you control, motivate, and train Nestlé’s talented sales team towards achieving excellence?

A Day in the Life
  • Ensure core distribution, coverage, and visibility objectives are met
  • Develop, negotiate, implement, and monitor Customer Business Plans aligned with company objectives
  • Maintain an up-to-date tracker including: sales achievements vs. targets, sales by category/brand per unit, team performance records, customer information, and competition information
  • Lead, manage, control, develop, and motivate the Field Sales Team
  • Develop and maintain long-term effective business relationships with customers
  • Responsible for the development of the sales team through regular on-the-job training and field appraisals
Are You a Fit?
  • Good English and Arabic communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
