POSITION SUMMARY

Managing all aspects of the online business including strategic and tactical to drive Key account business growth, online market share and business profitabilility.

  • Execute performance based digital campaign plan taking into account global campaign guidelines, local marketing campaign design and local market opportunities.
  • Close alignment with Online & Media Manager to ensure all media investments and creatives are aligned and setup for optimal performance.
  • Manage creative and performance media agencies to insure proper and on-time delivery of qualitative online material (banners, videos, ad copy) and campaigns.
  • Manage localization and production of all Nespresso digital performance content in close collaboration with Marketing
  • Coordinate with Media and CRM team to define audience segments and selection lists to target (or exclude) Club members and prospects.
  • Develop business relationship with key Customers & Partner to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction
  • Achieve the core distribution (listing of new Stock Keeping Unit (SKU)), picture of success targets and the agreed visibility and other elements in the Business Development Agreement (BDA)
  • Ensure listing of new SKU's and the achievement of the POP objectives
  • Regularly track and optimize campaigns, based on results to reach performance objectives
  • Produce regular reports to highlight performance on main metrics
  • Work with Supply chain to identify opportunities to manage orders and deliveries, and improve efficiency
  • Execute deployment plan for all new innovations and plans in line with the category strategy online.
  • Develop a governance with supply chain, sales, quality control and compliance to ensure eCommerce supply solutions are implemented with complete compliance in terms of the full end to end process of the shopper journey.
  • Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestlé Instructions and local country codes. Comply with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that Nestlé marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity.

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • At least 5 years in Field Sales, Account Management or Business Development.
  • Demonstrated success in previous roles as well as delivering targets. On-line Sales, eCommerce, digital experience compulsory.
  • Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions.
  • University Degree in a related field.
