POSITION SNAPSHOT

Position Summary

Managing all aspects of the online business including strategic and tactical initiatives to drive key account business growth, online market share, and business profitability.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
  • Execute performance-based digital campaign plans considering global campaign guidelines, local marketing campaign design, and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Online & Media Manager to ensure media investments and creatives are aligned for optimal performance.
  • Manage creative and media agencies to deliver quality online materials (banners, videos, ad copy) and campaigns on time.
  • Oversee localization and production of all Nespresso digital content in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Work with Media and CRM teams to define and target audience segments, including club members and prospects.
  • Build strategic relationships with key customers and partners to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve distribution targets, including new SKUs listing and visibility elements as per the Business Development Agreement.
  • Ensure listing of new SKUs and meet POP objectives.
  • Regularly monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Produce reports on campaign performance and main KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to identify opportunities for order and delivery efficiencies.
  • Implement deployment plans for new innovations in line with category strategies online.
  • Develop governance with supply chain, sales, quality control, and compliance teams to ensure end-to-end eCommerce supply solutions are compliant.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all marketing and sales regulations, including WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes and Nestlé’s policies.
ARE YOU A FIT?
  • Minimum 5 years in Field Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Proven success in roles with targets, especially in online sales, eCommerce, or digital platforms.
  • Track record of achieving KPIs, particularly in top and bottom-line results.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting test results and drawing conclusions.
  • University degree in a related field.
