POSITION SUMMARY

Manage all aspects of the online business, including strategic and tactical initiatives, to drive key account growth, online market share, and business profitability.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Execute performance-based digital campaigns, adhering to global guidelines and local market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Online & Media Manager to ensure media investments and creatives are aligned for optimal performance.
  • Manage creative and media agencies to ensure timely delivery of online materials and campaigns.
  • Oversee localization and production of all Nespresso digital content in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Work with Media and CRM teams to define target audiences and segmentation strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to ensure strategic alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve distribution targets, including listing new SKUs and meeting visibility and other business development goals.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Generate regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to manage orders, deliveries, and improve efficiency.
  • Implement deployment plans for new innovations online, aligned with category strategies.
  • Establish governance with supply chain, sales, quality, and compliance teams to ensure eCommerce solutions meet all standards and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing codes, including the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes and Nestlé’s policies.

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Minimum 5 years in Field Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.

  • Track record of achieving KPIs related to business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting test results.
