Role

You will be the primary representative for Fund I, responsible for LP outreach, pipeline development, and enhancing Kinetic’s visibility across various platforms.

In practical terms, that means:

  • Hunt & close: Build a qualified LP network, maintain warm pipelines, and convert interest into commitments quarterly.
  • Own the microphone: Speak at conferences, host dinners, and turn every opportunity into an LP or dealflow lead.
  • Curate the story: Develop compelling, data-driven narratives to attract founders and investors.
  • Feed the machine: Leverage relationships to generate deal flow, co-investor connections, and market insights.

You’ll excel if you’re energized by fast-paced environments, have a strategic mindset combined with relationship skills, and are eager to help scale a lean, ambitious team.

Key accountabilities

  • Own and grow an LP pipeline—identify, reach, and nurture prospects among HNWIs, family offices, and FoFs.
  • Convert interest into commitments—manage the process from initial meetings to subscription documentation, achieving quarterly capital targets.
  • Represent the firm externally—speak on panels, host dinners, and travel 25–30% to major conferences.
  • Support deals and operations—source high-quality startups and maintain clear portfolio and LP reporting.

Requirements

Essential:

  • At least 3 years of capital raising or sales experience with over £1M closed in commitments or contracts.
  • Hunter mindset: proactive outreach, ownership of the funnel, and persistence to close deals.
  • Executive presence: comfortable presenting in boardrooms or on stage, with the ability to turn data into conviction.

Desirable:

  • Existing relationships with European or MENA family offices, institutional LPs, or private wealth platforms.
  • Experience organizing LP events and creating investor materials.
  • Fluency in Arabic, Mandarin, or other strategic LP-region languages is a plus.
