What you'll be doing
  1. Organizational: Follow all relevant HR policies, processes, and SOPs to ensure work is carried out consistently and in a controlled manner.
  2. Operational: Implement activities with minimal supervision; escalate complex issues promptly; administer employee attendance, leaves, vacations, and absenteeism; ensure adherence to personnel rules; handle medical certificates and insurance claims; issue/cancel access cards; prepare onboarding kits; calculate absenteeism for end-of-service; respond to employee inquiries; manage work visa and labor contract processes; coordinate with PROs; maintain HR documents; lead visa and contract renewals; process applications and cancellations for labor cards, permits, and visas; schedule medical exams; update HR records; stay informed on legislation; prepare staff turnover and KPI reports; participate in projects and community activities.
