As an Associate Graphic Designer, you will work across a variety of products, including social media posts, both static and animated, online banners, infographics, digital material for blogs, picture editing, basic video editing, and all the printing material for our brand identity.

Key responsibilities:

1. Design banners and communication materials for different purposes and channels: email marketing, newsletters, and social networks.
2. Design online and offline marketing collaterals (e.g. brochures, catalogs, and social media posts).
3. Contribute actively to the planning and implementation of the brand management strategy.
4. Design graphics, presentations, data reports, infographics, and animations and be able to work/manipulate digital photographs.
5. Receiving and understanding design briefs.
6. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for development.
7. Working with a range of media and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.
8. Select colors, images, text style, and layout. Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.
9. Self-management and ownership; this means managing yourself, your time, and your priorities.
10. Video editing and expertise in website design will be beneficial.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. 1+ years of experience as a graphic designer.
3. Visual Ideation / Creativity Typography Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects).
4. Strong collaborative skills.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Creative.
7. Ability to manage own workload and changing demand.
8. A can-do and flexible approach.
9. A keen eye for detail.
10. Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment.
11. Arabic and English language literacy.
