Job Description:
Financial Modeling & Analysis
Developing and analyzing complex financial models, conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting and taxation principles.
Valuation & Due Diligence
Performing business valuations and investment analysis through due diligence exercises to evaluate investment opportunities.
Project Finance & Contractual
Understanding the commercial and contractual implications, particularly in project financing.
Client Solutions & Reporting
Gathering information, conducting analysis, and supporting the development of client solutions, as well as preparing reports, information memorandums, summaries, and presentations.
Teamwork & Negotiation
Working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, and participating in commercial and contractual negotiations with various stakeholders under team lead guidance.
General Project Execution
Delivering high-quality work within project requirements, timelines, and accuracy standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality work under guidance of the team-lead, meeting project requirements, timelines, accuracy, and completeness.
- Develop knowledge about high-end, complex Financial Models by analyzing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis to ensure compliance with project documents, accounting, and taxation principles.
- Conduct business valuations and investment analysis through due diligence and valuations exercises in order to evaluate businesses for investment opportunities.
- Develop understanding of the commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, specifically for Project Financing.
- Support the design and development of best solutions for clients by gathering information and conducting analysis.
- Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare reports, information memorandums, summaries, and presentations.
- Participate in negotiations of commercial and contractual aspects of the projects with banks/financial institutions, contractors, and other third parties under the guidance of team lead.
Client Interaction
- Interact and engage with client teams to understand their requirements.
- Respond to client’s changing needs and priorities under the guidance of team lead.
- Support the team in designing and developing solutions to best address client’s needs and requirements.
Business Development
- Conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, competitors, analyze data, and write reports to generate Business Development opportunities.
- Support in responding to the development of proposals requested by potential clients.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- BSc in Finance required, Master’s in Finance is preferred, CFA will be an asset.
- Fresh post-graduate or 2+ Years of Experience.
- Relevant Experience in Infrastructure/Project finance with international banks, developers/investors/funds, or similar financial and corporate advisory institutions will be an asset.
- Preference will be given to Saudi Nationals and to candidates fluent in Arabic.
