Job Responsibilities:

1. Have considerable practical knowledge and experience in maintenance methods and practices.
2. Supervise overall pool and Jacuzzi maintenance operations, including water testing, chemical balancing, equipment inspections, and continuous evaluation of pools' overall condition.
3. Maintain chemical balances in pools.
4. Responsible for troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing repairs or directing to appropriate vendors.
5. Have experience in maintenance of HVAC, air conditioning units, and compressors.
6. Supervise HVAC-related projects, technical studies, and equipment replacements.
7. Must have the ability to communicate fluently in English, both in writing and orally.
