We are seeking an Associate, Driver Operations who is resilient in facing challenges, eager to try new approaches, and ready to make history with the team at Lalamove. We are looking for energetic, quick-thinking individuals who understand driver needs and can build long-lasting partnerships with our fleet to lead the market in last-mile, on-demand deliveries.

What you'll do:

1. Collaborate with market launch teams to develop driver acquisition processes.
2. Build and maintain an active driver community.
3. Enhance Lalamove’s brand awareness by increasing the number of branded vehicles.
4. Report daily to the Hong Kong functional departments with integrity.
5. Align with local teams when implementing new initiatives.
6. Meet or exceed individual and team targets & KPIs.
7. Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
8. Lead new process implementations from planning to execution.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in operations and process-driven roles.
• Positive, passionate, proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Data-driven with proficiency in spreadsheets.
