An established industry player is seeking a dynamic sales professional to manage relationships with key customers and distributors in the Middle East. Manages the relationship with a defined list of large Edwards customers and Distributors in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar, looking to grow Edwards' share of portfolio and meet sales objectives through Distributor Management, Product Launches, Surgery Attendance, and Stakeholder Meetings. Identifies, develops, and closes new sales opportunities within the portfolio of own business unit.
Saudi Arabia Distributor Management: Manage Local distributor and annual sales objectives. As the main point of contact, provide regular business reviews, product knowledge training, and field visits to achieve annual objectives.
Saudi Arabia Field Based Activities: Attending Surgeries supporting the existing Edwards portfolio and new product launches to grow the market share. Building and managing strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders. Developing and closing new business opportunities and identifying areas of improvement to meet sales targets.
Distributor Management: Manage distribution network in Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar to meet annual sales objectives. As the main point of contact, provide regular business reviews, product knowledge training, and field visits. Manage product launches and KOL relationships.
Administration: Complete all internal trainings, attend online meetings, respond to emails in a timely manner, input salesforce data before due deadlines, and keep up to date market analysis databases.
What you'll need (Required):
3-5 years of previous related experience in medical device sales and/or clinical experience in cardiac surgery or interventional cardiology in Saudi Arabia.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Understanding of the sales cycle process in Saudi Arabia; NUPCO, MOH, Market Place.
Experience in either Distributor Management or people management or project management.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Based in Saudi Arabia.
A willingness to travel up to 80% in a field position based on business needs within Saudi Arabia with occasional travel outside of Saudi Arabia.
