Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Director of Retail Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives for our retail portfolio. This role will be pivotal in creating compelling marketing strategies that elevate the brand and enhance customer experiences across all touchpoints. The successful candidate will work to ensure that our retail offerings resonate with our target audiences through innovative campaigns and strategic partnerships.

As the Associate Director, you will oversee the development and execution of marketing plans that effectively communicate Qiddiya’s retail value propositions, driving awareness and engagement. You will leverage market insights and trends to guide your strategies, ensuring they align with Qiddiya’s overall mission while meeting commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement for Qiddiya’s retail assets.
  2. Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including promotional materials and digital content to support retail initiatives.
  3. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
  4. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute promotional campaigns and events.
  6. Facilitate market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  7. Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising to optimize consumer engagement.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, media, and community partners.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to cultivate a high-performance team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail marketing, with at least 5 years in a management role.

- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that achieve commercial objectives.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
